P.S. Vale guardar meu "primeiro trabalho", né?

Total Eclipse of the Heart

Acho que a versão de Glee (apesar de não suportar esse seriado) consegue ser melhor que a original.

Turn around,
every now and then I get a little bit lonely and you're never coming round
Turn around,
every now and then I get a little bit tired of listening to the sound of my tears
Turn around,
every now and then, I get a little bit nervous that the best of all the years have gone by
Every now and then I get a little bit terrified and then I see the look in your eyes

Turn around, bright eyes
Every now and then I fall apart
Turn around, bright eyes
Every now and then I fall apart

Turn around,
Every now and then, I get a little bit restless and I dream of something wild
Turn around,
Every now and then, I get a little bit helpless and I'm lying like a child in your arms
Turn around,
Every now and then, I get a little bit angry and I know I've got to get out and cry
Turn around
Every now and then, I get a little bit terrified but then I see the look in your eyes

Turn around, bright eyes
Every now and then I fall apart
Turn around, bright eyes
Every now and then I fall apart

And I need you now tonight
And I need you more than ever
And if you only hold me tight
We'll be holding on forever
And we'll only be making it right
'Cause we'll never be wrong
Together we can take it to the end of the line
Your love is like a shadow on me all of the time
I don't know what to do and I'm always in the dark
We're living in a powder keg and giving off sparks

I really need you tonight
Forever's gonna start tonight

Once upon a time I was falling in love
Now I'm only falling apart
There's nothing I can do
A total eclipse of the heart

Once upon a time, there was light in my life
But now, there's only love in the dark
Nothing I can say
A total eclipse of the heart

Turn around, bright eyes.

Não escondo minha felicidade. Só não preciso estar feliz o tempo inteiro. (...)
Eu não me decidia por qual de mim. Toda é que não podia ser.

Young folks

If I told you things I did before
Told you how I used to be
Would you go along with someone like me?
If you knew my story word for word
Had all of my history
Would you go along with someone like me?

I did before and had my share
It didn't lead nowhere
I would go along with someone like you
It doesn't matter what you did
Who you were hanging with
We could stick around and see this night through

And we don't care about the young folks
Talkin' 'bout the young style
And we don't care about the old folks
Talkin' 'bout the old style too
And we don't care about their own faults
Talkin' 'bout our own style
All we care 'bout is talking
Talking only me and you

Usually when things has gone this far
People tend to disappear
No one will surprise me unless you do

I can tell there's something goin' on
Hours seem to disappear
Everyone is leaving I'm still with you

It doesn't matter what we do
Where we are going to
We can stick around and see this night through

Our picture.
Hey now, hey now, don't dream it's over..

Breakfast at Tiffany's

- You know those days when you get the mean reds?
- The mean reds, you mean like the blues?
- No. The blues are because you're getting fat and maybe it's been raining too long, you're just sad, that's all. The mean reds are horrible. Suddenly you're afraid and you don't know what you're afraid of. Do you ever get that feeling? When I get it, the only thing that does any good is to jump in a cab and go to Tiffany's. Calms me down right away. The quietness and the proud look of it; nothing very bad could happen to you there. If I could find a real-life place that'd make me feel like Tiffany's, then - then I'd buy some furniture and give the cat a name!

- I said that I'm not that little girl anymore, but the true is that I'm the same girl I used to be. And in that days everything gets red. Weel, I think it's to early to go to Tiffany's, so, my better option is a drink. Promise me one thing: don't take me home until I'm drunk - very drunk indeed.

- You know what's wrong with you, Miss Whoever-You-Are? You're chicken, you've got no guts. You're afraid to stick out your chin and say, "Okay, life's a fact, people do fall in love, people do belong to each other, because that's the only chance anybody's got for real happiness." You call yourself a free spirit, a wild thing, and you're terrified somebody's going to stick you in a cage. Well, baby, you're already in that cage. You built it yourself. And it's not bounded in the west by Tulip, Texas, or in the east by Somaliland. It's wherever you go. Because no matter where you run, you just end up running into yourself.

Moon river, wider than a mile
I'm crossing you in style some day
Oh, dream maker
You heart breaker
Wherever you're goin' I'm goin' your way

Two driftersf off to see the world
There's such a lot of world to see
We're after the same rainbow's end
Waitin' 'round the bend
My huckleberry friend
Moon river and me..
